How long does it take for my handmade jewellery to arrive?

As every piece of Jo Rose Jewellery is lovingly handmade by me, please allow 7-10 days for your order to be crafted and dispatched. I will keep you posted on your orders progress. 

What are your UK delivery charges and options?

For my customers in Brackley, I offer a free local collection service – just select this option at checkout. For other UK deliveries, I use In-Post, with a charge of £2.89. This service covers your jewellery up to the value of £50.

What is your return policy for handmade items?

Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of the copper and silver jewellery, products may vary slightly from the photos shown. These natural, handcrafted variations are not considered defects but rather a testament to their individuality. Please also note that jewellery may naturally change colour over time due to oxidation; this is not a defect. If an item is truly faulty, please report it to me promptly within 10 days of receipt. I ask that you contact me first at info@jorosejewellery or 07793 806777 so I can address any issues. Returns for faulty items must be made within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be well packaged and returned in their original box with the cleaning cloth provided.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched via In-Post, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery online. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

While we take great care in packaging your order, if your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt at info@jorosejewellery.co.uk. Provide photos of the damage to the item and its packaging so we can assess the situation and arrange a resolution.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Jo Rose Jewellery focuses on delivery within the United Kingdom. We are exploring options for international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates!

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you realise you've made an error in your delivery address. I will do my best to amend it before dispatch, but I cannot guarantee changes once the item has been sent.
